Julia Fendt – After working for many years as an executive assistant at Allianz, Julia has been responsible for managing the back office for GQ-Solutions since 2014. Since 2017, Julia has taken over the support of business customers and HR management for testmate.

Mario Endreß – After studying business administration with a focus on business information technology, Mario Endreß worked as a quality and test manager in larger software companies. In 2011, Mario joined GQ-Solutions as a shareholder and is responsible for the operational activities. Since 2017 Mario is responsible for the training department of testmate.

Asena Söylen – During her studies in International Business Studies, Asena worked as a student trainee at GQ-Technologies. Since her graduation, Asena has been responsible for marketing and sales activities for GQ-Technologies.

Christian Hettiger – After studying business administration with focus on business information technology in Munich, Christian Hettiger gained extensive experience in the IT industry as a freelance consultant.

After several years of project experience in large international corporations in the areas of quality and testing, Christian Hettiger founded the company GQ-Solutions in 2007.

In 2017, he finally founded GQ-Technologies and established testmate on the market. Within GQ-Technologies, Christian Hettiger is responsible for the strategic corporate outlook. Furthermore, he is responsible for finances and organization.

Horatiu Sava – has more than 30 years of experience in IT development and especially in outsourcing IT projects. He is responsible for the technical development of testmate and for the agile coordination of the nearshore team.

Shpat Sllamniku – Already during his studies in industrial engineering, Shpat Sllamniku works as a student trainee at GQ-Technologies. After graduation, Shpat gained experience as a tester, test designer and automation engineer in various customer projects. Since 2017, he has been involved in the development of testmate and is responsible for development activities for testmate.
