testmate replaces HP ALM at Kuehne + Nagel

Kühne + Nagel relies on testmate when it comes to test management tools and thus turns its back on HP ALM.

Christian Weigert, the responsible external test manager at Kuehne+Nagel, is convinced that the switch to testmate has brought only benefits to the company and the project:

“A big part of my job at K+N is creating and overseeing the execution of regression tests to check the most important functions with each new release. This is how we ensure that the quality is right.
With HP ALM, due to the high price, we always had too few available licenses. This meant that, for example, if a tester became ill, nothing progressed because the possible replacements either did not have access to the system or could not cope with the complicated software.
Since K+N decided to use testmate as the sole tool, we have made faster progress in the project with more licenses, a simpler program structure and even lower costs.
The switch from ALM to testmate has definitely paid off.”
